Position Overview:
We are hiring a dynamic Account Executive to cultivate strong relationships with manufactured home dealers and communities in the Houston Market area. The role involves building relationships and educating dealers on our unique lending solutions, niche loan products, and loan servicing. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional who excels at networking, building and maintaining new relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with manufactured home dealerships.
- Educate dealers on niche lending programs and emphasize use of our lending solutions
- Effectively manage pipeline and sales conversions

- Drive new business by onboarding dealers
- Provide ongoing support to dealers to maximize loan submissions and conversions.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of sales experience
- Strong ability to build and maintain B2B relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with technology and financial services is a plus.
