Duties
- Conduct warm calls to prospective clients to generate interest in our products and services.

- Schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring a smooth transition from initial contact to follow-up meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of calls made, appointments scheduled, and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts and enhance lead generation strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and building rapport with potential clients.
- Continuously refine your approach based on feedback and performance metrics to improve appointment-setting success rates.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in inside sales or technical sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong skills in outbound calling and warm calling techniques.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information and engage clients.
- Familiarity with software tools used for customer relationship management (CRM) is a plus.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
