We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Employee Benefits Sales Executive to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving sales of employee benefit solutions, fostering client relationships, and helping organizations enhance their employee benefit offerings through producing new business and maintaining existing business. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills and a passion for working with clients and delivering results.

You will...
Solicit and cultivate qualified prospects to promote employee benefits solutions
Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities
Schedule appointments and conduct sales presentations tailored to client needs
Achieve established production goals
Cooperate and coordinate with all agency associates in the production and servicing of client accounts
Remain informed of claims or service issues and become involved in resolution when required
Maintain thorough knowledge of all products and services offered by the agency
Work with carrier partners and promote FNIC's proprietary products
Keep abreast of industry trends and techniques
Attend seminars, sales meetings and other activities to improve sales expertise and product / industry knowledge
Actively participate in professional and community organizations and events to promote the agency in the community

Requirements
What do I need to know?
You have to have...
Prior sales experience desired, preferably in employee benefits, insurance, or a related field
College degree preferred
Life and Health License or the ability to obtain within 3 months of hire
A strong knowledge of Employee Benefits including PPO's, Self-Insured, Level Funded, and HDHP's, as well as ancillary coverages such as life, disability and dental insurance, preferred
Superior communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to build relationships and establish trust with key stakeholders
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
Ability to conform with and abide by all workplace policies, work procedures and instructions
Personable, highly motivated and goal oriented
Experience in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Self-motivated and the ability to work independently
A consultative, professional and positive demeanor when working with prospects, clients and associates
