At First International Bank and Trust, we are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance professional to join our team. As a key member of our Facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our properties by performing routine maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
- Maintain buildings by performing minor and routine maintenance tasks
- Complete assigned maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Manage calendars for planned events and facilities management systems
- Assist with supervision of scheduled contracted work
Key qualifications include:
- High school diploma or equivalency; three to five years of related experience or training;
- Valid driver's license
