Fintech Partnerships Analyst

About the Position:

As the Fintech Partnerships Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring First Internet Bank’s fintech partners derive maximum value from our products and services. You will be working closely with the entirety of the Fintech Partnerships team to quantify our customer’s value, ensure appropriate governance through reporting, and to identify opportunities to enhance operational excellence within the group.

What You Will Do:

• Partner cross-functionally (Technology, Finance, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal) to ensure an exceptional customer experience, and where appropriate, add value to support our existing and prospective partners.
• Collaborate with members of Fintech Partnerships on reporting enhancements and data requests to generate greater insights into our existing and prospective partnerships.
• Support partner onboarding and due diligence requests that are generated by the Fintech Partnerships team.
• Work with the Partnership Managers to input ongoing partner monitoring requests for internal stakeholders on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Generate partners-specific request lists on a periodic basis to drive periodic review process for each of our fintech programs in collaboration with the respective Partnership Manager
• Identify opportunities for strategic alliances and partnerships that align with our customer’s strategic-growth goals and initiatives in the near and long-term.
• Exhibit strong personal accountability for results that contribute to the overall success of the Fintech team
• Other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

• Knowledge or experience in financial services products, solutions, processes, and/or compliance
• Prior experience using data and analytics in decision making
• Expertise in crafting presentations and deliverables for internal stakeholders, with a natural ability for storytelling
• Knowledgeable in change management practices, change communication and process re-engineering
• Experience using Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and CRM tools

Working Conditions/Demands:

• Professional office setting.
• Primarily sedentary position requiring long periods of time working at a computer.
• Must be able to move throughout the office and buildings to obtain or relay information.
