The Financial Services Representative I role involves delivering personalized customer service by engaging in financial conversations with clients and prospects to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering suitable solutions.
- Perform various financial transactions, including check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and counting currency and coin accurately.
- Open and manage a range of products, such as consumer and business checking and savings accounts, Individual Retirement Accounts, Certificates of Deposit, and consumer credit cards.
- Engage in financial conversations with clients and prospects to identify needs and provide appropriate solutions, recognizing referral opportunities to other lines of business.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
- 1-3 years of banking or related experience is necessary.
