- Answering customer inquiries and recording transactions accurately.
- Cross-selling bank products by identifying client needs and promoting relevant services.
- Handling special requests, such as closing accounts, exchanging foreign currencies, and providing copies of statements.
- Maintaining accurate records and reconciling cash drawers to ensure financial accuracy.
- Participating in dual-control functions and adhering to bank operations and security procedures.
