Duties
- Assist in the planning and implementation of lesson plans that cater to the developmental needs of children.
- Support classroom management by maintaining a positive and structured environment.

- Provide care for toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the day.
- Work collaboratively with the lead teacher to adapt lessons for children with autism or other disabilities.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and daily activities.
- Help maintain an organized and clean classroom space conducive to learning.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
Qualifications
- Experience or education in early childhood education, special education, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Knowledge of lesson planning techniques that promote active learning.
- Familiarity with classroom management strategies that support diverse learners.
