At First Mid, base salary is one component of our Total Rewards program. Exact compensation is determined by factors such as (but not limited to) education, skills, internal equity, and experience. This position offers additional compensation in the form of short-term incentives (i.e., bonus, incentives, and/or commission). Account Administrator II - Commercial Division
Position Summary:
Responsible for supervising Customer Service and Administrative aspects of accounts assigned to key producer(s). May directly manage other team members including CSRs, other Account Administrators or other team members. May lead specific initiatives within department or division as assigned. Responsible for high-level service standards, retaining renewals, marketing new business and overseeing customer accounts. Represents First Mid Insurance Group and acts as an advocate for customers, partnering with our insurance companies and working as a team to meet the client's needs.
