Responsibilities
- Create a positive customer experience by providing exceptional service and ensuring timely resolution to customer inquiries and issues.
- Proficiently process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, and cashier's checks, while maintaining accuracy and efficiency within policy guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized cash drawer, performing daily balancing procedures and assisting with daily operational branch duties.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 year of customer service and cash handling experience, preferably in a financial institution.
- Previous sales experience is a plus.
