Customer Service Associate

First National Bank is looking for an outgoing and confident individual to work at our New Bremen branch. Applicant will be responsible for providing prompt, efficient, and friendly personalized service handling a variety of transactions as requested by the customer. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, and enjoy working with people in person and over the phone.
Basic job duties will include: receiving and paying out money, verifying endorsements, receiving deposits, balancing a cash drawer, scanning transactions, completing forms accurately, filing documents, contacting customers regarding transactions, and answering customer inquiries regarding interest rates, service charges, and account history while complying with disclosure requirements, regulations and consumer privacy policies. Other duties as assigned.
This is an entry level position with potential for future advancement.
Experience/Certification Required:
Customer Service Experience Preferred.
Must have basic computer skills.
Understand the importance of confidentiality.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
