Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in banking or finance
- Minimum 5 years of management experience required
- Working knowledge of pre-close and post-close loan processing
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Pass background investigation and drug screen according to company policy
