Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to manage our Loan Operations department. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Loan Operations to drive productivity and achieve departmental goals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance, leadership, and coaching to staff within the department.
- Assign and direct daily workflow within the department.
- Evaluate staff performance and make recommendations for personnel actions such as hiring, retention, promotion, transfer, or termination.
- Make decisions on routine and non-routine issues and challenges related to volume fluctuations, staffing, processing delays, and systems issues.
- Develop, document, and implement procedures and controls to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, bank policies, and procedures.
- Prepare monthly reports and provide budget recommendations.
- Manage commercial, consumer, and real estate documentation review and booking processes.
- Ensure timely tracking and clearance of exception items.
Requirements:
- Able to remain in a sitting position for extended periods.
- Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
