What are the responsibilities and job description for the Deposit Operations position at First National Bank?
Provides high quality customer service primarily by telephone to bank customers in an efficient and professional manner. Researches and solves customer requests and answer inquiries with regard to account maintenance, balance transfers, stop payments, statement requests, online banking, etc. Provides ongoing relationship servicing with current customers to maintain goodwill and potentially gain additional business. Performs other Deposit Operations functions as assigned.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ESSENTIALS FUNCTIONS:
- Receives and fields incoming customer service calls
- Provides online banking support to customers
- Exception item processing
- Wire Transfers
- Assists lobby staff with customer assistance when needed
- Performs quality control functions and reporting as requested
- Cross train on all functions in Deposit Operations in order to assist with workflow
- Strict adherence to the Bank Secrecy Act and all other applicable regulations is required
