POSITION SUMMARY: Obtains demonstrated knowledge/experience in loan documentation and new accounts documentations and procedures. Requires thorough knowledge of computer accounting system, including input and output. Must had a good communications skills and have good interpersonal skills. Must possess tact and ability to effectively relate to customers, officers and others involved in the banking process.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Loan Check in and verification. Reviews files after closing to ensure all documents are obtained, processed and completed.
2. Back up Insurance verification
3. Back up Forced Placed insurance
4. Back up HMDA input/verification
5. Back up Tax Tracking
6. Assists with back up of all positions as needed
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
· Provides assistance to co-workers or customers with difficult problems or inquiries.
· Other duties as may be assigned.

ROLE QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
· Specialized training in lending, loan documentation and compliance issues
Experience
· A minimum of 1 to 2 years related experience, preferably within a financial institution environment

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is performed largely within the Bank. Prolonged and frequent mental and visual concentration required. Work hours are generally during normal business hours. Unscheduled evening and weekend work may be needed to meet the needs of customers and employees. Occasional travel between offices and out-of-town/overnight business travel required. Some bending, turning, and twisting required. Serves as a representative of the Bank at appropriate functions.
