Summary
Manages all aspects of the document archiving process. May partner with other areas of the bank to resolve issues relating to deposit account and loan documentation.
Essential Functions/Competencies
Loan Responsibilities
- Creation of Collateral Files for New/Renewed Loans
- Scanning/Indexing/Filing of Incoming Loan Related Documentation
- Scanning/Indexing Credit and Collateral Files of New/Renewed Loans
- Document Tracking Maintenance/Report Building
- Collateral Perfection for New/Renewed Loans
- Process Paid Out Loans - Release Collateral, Customer Letter, Prepare Paid Out File
- Scanning/Indexing/Filing of denial packages
Deposit Responsibilities
- Scanning/Indexing/Filing of Misc. Deposit related Documentation
- Tracking/Report Building
- Scanning/Indexing/Filing of denial packages
Position Type/Expected Hours/Travel
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a. m. to 5:00 p.m. This position could involve some travel to other branch locations occasionally.
Experience and Education Requirements
- High School Degree or equivalent required
- Experience using a document imaging system.
- Knowledge of bank loan/deposit related documentation
- Strong Computer Skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
