Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Escrow Officer to join our Fayetteville Arkansas escrow team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the escrow process from start to finish, ensuring that all transactions are completed accurately. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of financial services related to real estate transactions.
Duties
- Oversee the escrow process for real estate transactions, ensuring all documents are prepared and executed correctly.
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Manage the disbursement of funds and maintain accurate records throughout the transaction process.
- Utilize 10 key typing skills for accurate data entry and documentation management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in financial services or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with loan processing, loan officer duties, and mortgage servicing is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
