What you would be doing:
- Assisting and supporting Mortgage Loan Originators. Responsibilities include:
- Answering calls and emails as they arrive from all points of contacts
- Processing and maintaining loan files in Loan Origination Software
- Ordering, accurately and efficiently, appraisals, preliminary title reports, title searches, etc.
- Collecting, maintaining, reviewing, preparing, and processing required loan documentation
- Packaging and submitting loan files to lenders
- Providing proactive, professional, effective, and timely communication to diverse base of contacts
- Managing and coordinating on time loan closings
