Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and bilingual Outreach Specialist who can help us amplify our voice and engage with patients in both English and Spanish. This role will focus on developing outreach strategies, promoting our services, and building relationships with local organizations, media, and patients. You will be a key member of our team in creating a welcoming and accessible experience for all our patients, especially Spanish-speaking ones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute outreach campaigns to build relationships with Spanish-speaking communities, local organizations, and healthcare influencers
- Manage and optimize social media channels, ensuring consistent engagement with both English and Spanish-speaking audiences
- Design and implement bilingual marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and digital content
- Conduct email marketing campaigns in both English and Spanish to promote services, events, and health initiatives
- Maintain a database of outreach contacts and manage communication efforts
- Track and analyze outreach efforts, adjusting strategies based on data to improve engagement
- Work closely with the office and healthcare team to ensure all marketing materials are accurate and aligned with our brand
- Assist with coordinating events, workshops, and health seminars to engage the community
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is required
- Proven Experience in Marketing preferred)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages in both English and Spanish
- Experience with social media platforms, email marketing, and digital tools
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically about how to engage and educate diverse audiences
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in healthcare marketing or working with medical practices is a plus
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
