The Supervisor OSP Construction manages multiple OSP construction projects, including project development, scheduling, budget management, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The position involves overseeing direct reports, vendor performance, and may require travel.
- Manage day-to-day activities for multiple OSP construction projects.
- Prepare and submit performance requirements, material needs, timing information, and budget estimates for proposals and quotes.
- Evaluate construction methods and schedule projects.
- Obtain permits and licenses.
- Manage inventory, track materials and equipment, and determine labor requirements.
- Direct and supervise employees and vendors.
- Meet contractual performance conditions.
- Monitor budget and progress, and investigate incidents and delays.
- Confer with stakeholders to resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality programs
- Monitor project progress and safety inspections
- Manage and mitigate risks
- Maintain construction standards and techniques
- Hire and manage laborers
- Approve timecards, time off requests, and expense reports
- Possess valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and/or QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 3 years OSP construction experience of equivalent combination of education and training required.
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in managing people and projects strongly desired
Salary : $65,000 - $72,000
