Job Summary:
Oversee aerial FTTH/FTTP construction projects, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality completion.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and supervise all aspects of aerial and buried FTTH/FTTP construction.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry best practices, and company standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues.
- Conduct site inspections to assess quality, safety, and adherence to plans.
- Supervise and coordinate external contractors.
- Conduct quality control inspections.
- Implement and enforce all safety protocols.
- Maintain customer satisfaction.
- Participate in project planning meetings.
Qualifications:
- 5 years aerial FTTH/FTTP construction experience.
- 3 years supervising OSP contractors.
- Clean drivers license, company vehicle and gas card will be provided.
- Strong understanding of aerial construction techniques.
- Excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong safety awareness.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
