We are seeking a Customer Project Manager with extensive experience in managing telecommunications customers and delivering successful Network Management System (NMS) projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of EMS / OSS implementation on BareMetal and software-only environments, along with proven project management expertise.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Professional Services : Oversee and deliver professional services for Network Management Products and related solutions to Telco customers.
- Project Lifecycle Management : Manage all phases of service projects, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, risk mitigation, successful closure, and acceptance.
- Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams, customers, and stakeholders, ensuring timely and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Risk Management : Identify, analyze, and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.
- PMI Standards : Apply PMI best practices to achieve consistent and high-quality project outcomes.
