About the Role
Services a variety of business customers with cash management services and supports the Business Banking team.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Partner with the Business Bankers to open new deposit accounts, set up new customers, and open new business credit card accounts.
- Actively deepen Business customer relationships to assess and recommend solutions for cash management services including Business Online Banking, Merchant Services, ACH Origination, Remote Deposit, Positive Pay, and Corporate Credit Cards.
- Responsible for onboarding and implementation of new Business customers cash management services.
- Coordinate with the Business Banking officers to schedule customer visits regarding cash management services.
- Establish and maintain relationships with Business Banking Officers and Retail staff to develop additional cash management sales opportunities.
- Expected to be well versed on all bank products.
- Assist in the completion of special projects as needed.
- Input financial statements in designated software, with lender interaction for clarification or interpretation of entries.
- Attend all compliance training.
- Coordinate and / or participate in group events or social or community events.
Skills and Qualifications
Basic PC skills and proficiency of the English language.
Ability to concentrate and work independently.
Ability to handle stress, exercise self-control, and adhere to company policies and procedures and uphold the PREMIER Way.
