Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Christian Administrative Assistant to support our various ministries in administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Main Responsibilities
- Answer the phone and greet people coming into the office.
- Write correspondence as required.
- Order supplies for various areas of ministry as requested.
- Enter data and produce reports from our church management system.
- Coordinate and maintain various schedules, including meals for various functions.
- Help maintain the various church calendars.
- Assist the Director of Finance in various financial activities.
- Print weekly bulletins and choir music.
- Other duties as assigned by the Office Manager and Executive Officer of Operations.
Qualifications
- Must be a professing Christian.
- Must have office admin experience , preferably in a non-profit environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Programs and willing to learn new programs.
- Self-starter; able to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Must be highly reliable.
- Basic accounting or financial management skills are a plus.
- Must have strong organizational skills.
