“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord…”
Generally, most FPC full-time staff work Sunday through Thursday with Fridays and Saturdays off. Facilities personnel are periodically required to work on Friday, Saturday or in the evenings when dictated by a scheduled event such as a wedding, funeral, reception or other event requiring the use of and opening/closing of one of the buildings. The Facilities Setup Technician position is specifically tailored to address the need for a person to complete setup and teardown for a church function based on the church calendar. While the church calendar is generally set in advance, there may be times when an event gets scheduled on short notice and the Facilities Setup Technician will need to be flexible to accommodate the addition or change to the church calendar.
