Key responsibilities include:
- Processing multi-state payrolls for various companies
- Reconciling payroll discrepancies and resolving issues
- Communicating with employees regarding payroll-related matters
- Maintaining accurate employee records and coordinating with HR
- Assisting with system maintenance and supporting financial reporting
Requirements:
- Associate degree in accounting or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of payroll experience
