Group Benefits Account Manager-

Salary - $70-90k

Candidate should have at least 5 years experience in Employee Benefits.

• Health Advocate Level Service
• Assist Groups with Applications
• Advise Groups on Add/Terms/Changes
• Answer Billing Questions
• Member Access to care issues
• Quote through HealthConnect
• Develop Large Group RFPs
• Client contact follow up
  
  

We are seeking an experienced Group Benefits Insurance professional with extensive experience providing high-level hands on client relationship management for large and small groups representing various premium levels, presenting written and oral proposals to clients, conducting open enrollments with client employees. Experience marketing new and renewal business is a plus.

Qualified candidates should have 5 years in a brokerage environment with exceptional communication and organizational skills with a firm grasp on all concepts relating to group plan design including medical, dental, life, and other lines of employee benefits products. High school degree is required as well as a valid NYS Life & Health License. Proficiency in MS-Excel, Applied/EPIC and HealthConnect is A . Self-Funded, Partially Self-funded Experience is A
