Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should have a BS degree in Biology, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, Food Science or equivalent, and ~5 years of hands-on manufacturing experience (preference to a food plant). HACCP experience and FDA food experience are preferred, along with a microbiology background.
