Sales Support Specialist

First Quality focuses on private label and branded product lines.

THIS POSITION IS HYBRID - WORKING IN OUR KING OF PRUSSIA, PA SITE 2 DAYS PER WEEK AND THE REMAINING 3 DAYS ARE REMOTE WORK.

This role is responsible for supporting First Quality Products Sales Management to grow overall sales in Absorbent Hygiene to Healthcare/Consumer customers by:

• Compiling and Analyzing internal and competitive sales and usage data in support of Healthcare Marketing and Sales activities
• Developing Business Trend Insights to support Healthcare / Consumer Marketing and Sales

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Administrative Support
• Order Guide Updating/Creation
• Government Bids Support – crossing, conversion, product information.
• Bulk Samples / Sample Programs, Processing, inventory management
• Weekly Inventory & Order Analysis
• Establish and monitor KPIs to assess and improve the effectiveness of customer and marketing technology initiatives. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
• Prepare well-organized, clear, and concise communications to keep stakeholders abreast of project status and communicate clear expectations to cross-functional partners.
• Corporate Account Sales Analytical Support
• Product Cross and Conversions for Cost Savings Analyses
• Opportunity Pipeline Reporting – Analytics
• Qliksense Reporting & Dashboard
• Creation of customized reporting
• Establish specialized reporting
• Manage Excel-based analytic tools to streamline analytic processes:
• Formulary Consolidation
• Product Order Calculator
• KPI & Cost In Use Reporting
• Independent Cost Analysis
• Specialized Monthly reporting

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in business, statistics, or analytics, or proven experience as a Sales Analyst or similar role in sales-driven organization.
• Strong knowledge of sales analysis techniques, methodologies, and best practices
• Advanced knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office – especially Excel
• Experience with SAP & Qliksense a plus.
• Familiarity with sales and marketing KPIs
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
