In Relationship Management Team Support, we document, process and underwrite both residential and commercial loans. We provide exceptional client service to internal and external partners. We support our Relationship Managers in all aspects of the loan process to ensure that we are delivering a seamless lending experience to our clients.
Qualifications:

Common goals, uncommon potential As a Client Service Specialist, you’ll help optimize the Executive Managing Director’s efficiency through effective administrative support, including interacting with clients, prospects, and employees; answering the telephone; scheduling meetings and appointments; making travel arrangements; preparing correspondence; and managing special projects. You’ll be responsible for assisting Relationship Managers and Loan Specialists with their day-to-day duties, which may include a variety of analytical and client service–orientated tasks. In this position you’ll have the opportunity to serve as a liaison between Relationship Managers and Private Banking Officers, lending personnel, and clients. What you’ll do as a Client Service Specialist: - Respond to incoming phone calls, internal and external, as well as handling incoming and outgoing mail. - Coordinate and set up meetings, including gathering and preparing agendas and materials and arranging logistics (conference room, bridge line, videoconferencing) and coordinate internal and external client events. - Make catering arrangements for team and client meetings. - Prepare memos, letters and other documents and reports for internal and external distribution, independently translating conceptual direction into succinct communications. - Copy, file and distribute various reports and documents - Support the loan process. This includes gathering loan documentation and placing it in the appropriate system files, sending loan applications to clients, preparing loan option and preparing preapproval letters. - Follow up with delinquent clients. - Submit expense reports, sponsorship requests and check requisitions. - Create and maintain client and prospect address lists for marketing mailings and various other mailers. - Order office and marketing supplies and create marketing packages. - Prepare Realtor flyers for property listings. - Learn to obtain property insurance for team processor loans. - Lead and manage special projects on behalf of the Executive Managing Director. - Directly communicate with all levels of external clients and prospects as well as internal team members, including senior executives. - Navigate the organizational infrastructure to solve or resolve problems. - Provide input and suggestions for process improvements. - Keep up-to-date with all aspects of the Bank and identify potential issues to the Executive Managing Director before they escalate. - Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for the Executive Managing Director, including making travel and hotel arrangements, which requires independent decision making and good judgment - Maintain a flexible work schedule.Client Service Specialist I
