Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, analyze, and prepare research and statistical data to inform policy and procedural implementation.
- Address employee complaints, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution.
- Contribute to the development and revision of personnel policies and the maintenance of the employee handbook.
- Participate in setting department goals and recommend innovative approaches to improve departmental efficiency and service delivery.
- Support internal employee investigations alongside the HR Manager.
- Maintain records in the human resource information system.
- Assist in designing and delivering employee training and development programs.
- Provide daily support for benefits administration and ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations.
- Engage in safety and wellness initiatives, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Attend administrative meetings and relevant seminars to stay informed on HR best practices.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar HR role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to work independently on diverse projects.
