Key Responsibilities

Programming and Setup :

  • Develop CNC programs to meet precise engineering specifications.
  • Perform machine setups, including loading programs, selecting and installing tools, and making necessary adjustments for optimal performance.
  • Verify machine settings, offsets, and tool changes to ensure accuracy and precision in all machining operations.

Operation :

  • Program Star Swiss CNC machines to produce intricate components with tight tolerances.
  • Monitor machine performance and make real-time adjustments to enhance efficiency and maintain top-tier quality standards.
  • Conduct routine checks to ensure proper lubrication, cooling, and overall machine functionality.

    • Quality Control :

  • Inspect machined parts using precision measuring tools, such as micrometers and calipers, to confirm conformance to engineering specifications.
  • Address and correct any deviations from quality standards to maintain the highest production integrity.

    • Tool Maintenance :

  • Perform regular maintenance on tools, replacing them as necessary to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with management to quickly resolve tooling or equipment issues, minimizing downtime and maintaining productivity.

    • What We’re Looking For :

  • Proven experience programming and operating Swiss CNC machines, specifically Star models.
  • Strong understanding of machining processes, precision measuring instruments, and engineering specifications.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively within a team environment.
