Key Responsibilities
Programming and Setup :
Develop CNC programs to meet precise engineering specifications.
Perform machine setups, including loading programs, selecting and installing tools, and making necessary adjustments for optimal performance.
Verify machine settings, offsets, and tool changes to ensure accuracy and precision in all machining operations.
Operation :
Program Star Swiss CNC machines to produce intricate components with tight tolerances.
Monitor machine performance and make real-time adjustments to enhance efficiency and maintain top-tier quality standards.
Conduct routine checks to ensure proper lubrication, cooling, and overall machine functionality.
Quality Control :
Inspect machined parts using precision measuring tools, such as micrometers and calipers, to confirm conformance to engineering specifications.
Address and correct any deviations from quality standards to maintain the highest production integrity.
Tool Maintenance :
Perform regular maintenance on tools, replacing them as necessary to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with management to quickly resolve tooling or equipment issues, minimizing downtime and maintaining productivity.
What We’re Looking For :
Proven experience programming and operating Swiss CNC machines, specifically Star models.
Strong understanding of machining processes, precision measuring instruments, and engineering specifications.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively within a team environment.
