Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Las Vegas, NV. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR functions, including implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and personnel management. Day-to-day tasks will include maintaining employee records, facilitating recruitment processes, conducting onboarding programs, and addressing employee inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices and HR Management
- Experience with developing and implementing HR policies
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Experience in conflict resolution and fostering a positive work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in a similar HR role is a plus
