Position Summary
The Operations Support is responsible for all pick-up, delivery, and transportation of documents, packages, supplies, and other items for the Family of Companies. This is a temporary position until August 1st.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver all business-related documents, packages, supplies, and other items to and from all Family of Companies locations as assigned.
- Prepare and process documents to be mailed in a timely manner.
- Manage travel and departure times to be able to arrive on or ahead of schedule without exceeding safe or permissible driving speeds.
- Process all returned mail and comply with the proper returned mail procedures.
- Key all customer address changes.
- Responsible for all levy and garnishment processing.
- Assist with reconciling and balancing general ledger accounts and other bank accounts.
- Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports as needed.
- Comply with all laws and banking regulations, as applicable.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- General banking or accounting knowledge preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Proficient level of computer competency, including Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
