Maintenance/Property Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with regulations. This role requires a strong background in maintenance management, as well as excellent supervisory skills to lead a team effectively.

Duties

• Manage the overall operations of the property, ensuring high standards of maintenance and safety.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate schedules for repairs and upkeep.
• Maintain facilities by overseeing industrial maintenance tasks, including both high voltage and low voltage systems.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment longevity and reliability.
• Fabricate necessary components for repairs and improvements as needed.
• Utilize logic controllers to monitor and manage facility systems effectively.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify areas needing attention or improvement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors for outsourced services.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to property management.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of facilities management principles and practices.
• Proficiency in industrial maintenance techniques, including electrical systems (high voltage and low voltage).
• Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and logical thinking skills.
• Experience in maintaining equipment using logic controllers is highly desirable.
• Ability to fabricate parts or components as required for property maintenance tasks.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with tenants, staff, and vendors.
