HOST / HOSTESS
Overview:
- First State Brewing Company is an award winning Brewery, Taproom Kitchen
- We’re seeking fun, energetic, outgoing, and passionate humans to join our Taproom team.
- Support Taproom and Kitchen staff with various needs, including greeting guests, busing tables, cleaning/sanitizing, etc.
- No prior experience required.
- Currently hiring for part-time & full-time positions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Help deliver a superior guest experience by engaging with guests during their visit
- Greet and seat guests
- Assist guests with purchasing merchandise and take-away beer
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of Taproom and restrooms
- Maintain stock of Taproom essentials
- Assist guests and support Taproom and Kitchen staff as otherwise needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Good attitude and a strong work ethic
- Energetic and outgoing personality
- Excellent communication, time-management, and organization skills
- Strong multi-tasking abilities
- Detail-oriented
- Strives for constant and never-ending improvement
- Ability to work days, evenings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- Be a good human
