We are hiring for a full time Director of Strategy & Supportive Services located in Salt Lake City, Utah!!

The Director of Strategy & Supportive Services is responsible for overseeing real estate and program expansion for the organization. In addition, this role supervises the case management, employment, and resource center programs. The role involves direct project management, financial oversight, and strategic planning for the acquisition, operation, and disposal of real estate assets.

Salary : $105,000 - $125,000 annually
Hours : Flexible 36-hour work week

Requirements : Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Experience managing complex, multi-family, affordable housing development projects.

Familiarity with HUD, Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, HOME, and other affordable housing programs.

Familiarity with case management and supportive employment best practice.

Experience with supportive housing service delivery best practices and operations.

Possess a thorough understanding of all contracts and working agreements existing between the agency and outside individuals and agencies including the administration of grants.

Education and Experience :

College degree in Business, Real Estate, Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field preferred

Job duties assigned, but not limited to :

Provide leadership, oversight, and support to the program managers of these programs.

Assures implementation of and adherence to policies driven by contractual obligations, professional codes of ethics, Federal laws regarding confidentiality, evidence-based practice, and best-practice documentation standards

Assists in establishing strategic planning objectives for the agency - and specifically for supportive services - by determining short- and long-range goals and implements strategies to achieve goals.

Collaborates with the development department to obtain additional funding for these programs
