We are hiring for a full time Housing Support Staff Team Leader located in Salt Lake City, Utah!!
The HSS Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the Housing Support Staff services at their assigned location(s) and collaborating with the HSS Manager to ensure that the team has all the support and resources they need to successfully meet the needs of the residents, the organization, the community partners, and other stakeholders. The HSS Team Leader is also responsible for overseeing the safety, cleanliness, and functionality of the building and other FSH owned resources, e.g. vehicles, furnishings, supplies, at the assigned location(s).

Requirements :
A valid driver's licenseDegree in related field preferredExperience working as Housing Support Staff preferredCPR Certification requiredValid Driver's License and InsurabilityOur full-time benefits include :

Understands and demonstrates principles of the Outward Mindset (Arbinger)Collaborates with the HSS Manager to create a safe, supportive, and accountable culture for the HSS team and residents at the assigned location(s)Collaborates with the Clinical team at the assigned location(s) to align support services with clinical guidanceDevelops and maintains relationships with Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) residents fostering a sense of trust and safetyDevelops and maintains collaborative and supportive relationships with the HSS team, clinical team, property management partners, and provider partnersConducts accountability conversations with residents and Housing Support Staff in an outward, supportive, and professional mannerOversees daily completion of HSS tasks and transports at the assigned location(s), assisting with tasks and resident transports as needed.Oversees the safety, cleanliness, and compliance of FSH property (buildings, vehicle(s), and supplies) at the assigned location(s) with cooperation from property mgr. and HSS mgr.Completes monthly building safety inspections under the direction of our Quality Improvement (QI) department and HSS ManagerCompletes quarterly building inspections with QI department, Operations Manager, & HSS ManagerOversees the inventory of staff supplies for the assigned location(s)Distributes and manages medications according to FSH policy and ensures med room, med drop-off, and med pass compliance by conducting trainings and periodic inspectionsAssists the HSS Manager and HSS Trainer with training and onboarding of Housing Support StaffOther duties as assignedFor more information about our non-profit organization, you can visit our website at www.firststephouse.org
