First Step House is hiring Full-time Recovery Support Staff I & II located in Salt Lake City, Utah!! (GRAVES ONLY!).
The Recovery Support Staff ensures client welfare, client safety, and client accountability at the First Step House (FSH) Residential Program, Main House, and transitional housing units.

- $20.00 - $23.52 per hour
- Graveyard shift ONLY full time direct service professional

Duties to include but not limited to:
- Performs property rounds to ensure the safety of clients and staff.
- Answers Main House phone and directs inquiries appropriately.
- Ensures client compliance to House Rules by issuing violations.
- Performs data entry that includes violation, pass log, and client satisfaction surveys.
- Administers urinalysis and breathalyzer testing in accordance with department policy.
- Attends to clients questions and concerns and refers treatment-related issues to clinical staff when appropriate.
- Interacts with all clients in a sensitive and professional manner
- Dispensing medications
