Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- Certification in Early Childhood Education or Teaching (State-issued certification preferred).
- Experience working with young children in an educational setting (preschool or early childhood preferred).
- Strong understanding of child development principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for nurturing young minds.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- First Aid and CPR Certification (or ability to obtain).
