We offer a competitive hourly rate of $25-$28, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, our technicians receive an ASE incentive of $0.25/hour for each relevant ASE obtained, with training materials and exams provided by us.
Job Description
As a technician at First Student, you will play a vital role in maintaining our fleet of vehicles, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues. Your tasks will include:
- Performing maintenance on brakes, suspensions, drivetrains, and transmissions
- Completing work orders
- Assisting with mobile emergency services
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3 years of experience working with automotive, diesel, electric, or CNG vehicles
- A valid driver's license and willingness to obtain a CDL (training provided)
- A mechanic's tool set
