Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, ensuring efficient office management, and providing excellent customer support. This position requires a proactive individual who can multitask effectively and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment for a Tax and Accounting office (looking for someone highly reliable) to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Looking for someone who can independently work well under pressure in a fast paced environment. Looking for a fast learner, computer literate and friendly person. Primary duties include office support but not limited to:
Duties
- Manage and maintain office files, ensuring all documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Utilize Google/Micorsoft Suites for document creation, scheduling, and communication.
- Provide customer support by answering inquiries and addressing concerns promptly.
- Assist with office management tasks, including inventory management and supply ordering.
- Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors before distribution.
- Answer and direct phone calls, responding to emails, memos, letters, faxes.
- Organize and schedule appointments, provide general support and attend to clients.
- Mailing and Making copies/printing, scanning and filing.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed & Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing records.
Skills
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite applications.
- Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Knowledge of word and excel.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work; Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Experience in office management practices to ensure smooth operations.
- Excellent typing skills for quick document preparation and correspondence.
- Strong proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation.
- Previous experience as a Administrative assistant or Secretary is advantageous but not required.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday.
- Saturdays in tax season (March thru April 15th)
- Flexible hours after tax season for the right candidate.

Salary: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
