Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendar
- Check in daily Monday-Friday
- Sent a peek at the week on Sunday / Monday with meetings and upcoming deadlines
- Assist with meal planning and grocery order
- Schedule monthly check-in with clients
- Assist with cold calls
- Jump in with other ad hoc tasks / projects as needed
- Platforms:
- AirTable
- Google Suite
- Seamless
- Instantly
- Intuitively organized
- Ability to manage up
- Good grammar and ability to write
- Detail oriented
- Self-starter
- 10-15 hours per week (may increase depending on workload)
- Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zone
