Porter/Groundkeeper NEEDED! Requires solid verbal and communication skills. Seeking someone reliable/self-motivated and organized. Daily duties will include cleaning of building, cleaning apartment turnovers, moving of trash dumpster with use of a dolly, exterior building clean up and trash.
$17/hr to start.
Monday to Friday; 7:30am -3:30pm or 8:00- 4:00pm (Full-time/On-site)
