Position Overview:
Seeking a Human Resource Generalist to aid with and facilitates the human resource processes at all our business locations. As the HR Generalist you will assists in administering policies and procedures, employee health and welfare plans, and addresses employee relations. Candidates will maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. This role builds trusted, collaborative relationships across the entire organization to ensure the effectiveness of HR and a culture of positive employee relations to drive a best-in-class culture and employee experience.
Responsibilities:
· Protects the interests of employees and the company in accordance with company Human Resources policies and according to laws and regulations
· Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions
· Makes photocopies; mails, scans, and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions
· Directs onboarding of new employees and assists with new-employee background checks
· Other duties may be assigned as needed
Ideal Candidate:
· Have experience in a manufacturing setting
· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
