Staffing Account Manager

First Team is seeking an experienced Staffing Account Manager to join our growing team. This person will be responsible for marketing top talent to key/active accounts as well as develop new relationships with prospect clients. This person MUST be energetic, outgoing, hardworking, and driven by the fruit of their own efforts.

A Staffing Account Manager creates long-term relationships between a business or client. As a staffing account manager, you’re the client’s primary contact for managing their accounts, including everything from negotiating contracts to maximizing profits. Your job duties include overseeing a portfolio of customers, developing new leads, seeking sales opportunities with past customers, preparing reports on sales, predicting a client’s needs, and answering customer questions and concerns. Customer service and communication skills, as well as account management experience, are vital for this career.
