We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our professional division's sales team. Base salary plus commission.
8am-5pm Inside/Outside Sales and Account Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns.
- Staffing Solutions:
- Understand client staffing needs and requirements.
- Develop and implement staffing solutions to meet those needs.
- Coordinate with recruiting teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
- Account Management:
- Manage and grow existing client accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Negotiate staffing contracts and service agreements with clients.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- Sales and Revenue:
- Drive contract renewal, extension, and new opportunities to maximize account revenue.
- Prepare and present regular account status reports to senior management.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue goals.
- Other Duties:
- Gather feedback from clients about their experience.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities.
