Sr. Compliance Officer

Description

The Senior Compliance Officer leads in developing, implementing, testing and administering the credit union's compliance program including but not limited to; fair lending, privacy, business support, findings, monitoring, change management and training, to ensure organization-wide internal controls are in place.

• Drive quality, consistency, and focused, risk-based coverage of fair lending and unfair, deceptive, or abusive acts or practices (UDAAP) compliance monitoring activity and remediation across 1

lines through analysis, planning, coordination, monitoring execution and remediation support.

line of defense fair lending and UDAAPcompliance monitoring plan informed by compliance requirements assessments, regulatory changes, changes to products, services, and processes, member complaints, and other sources of compliance intelligence.

line monitoring activities, root cause analysis, findings management and resolution.

line fair lending and UDAAP compliance monitoring reviews using techniques including process reviews, transaction testing, and data analytics.

Target Compensation in Hillsboro, OR : $95,000 to $108,000 annually annual bonus

Target Compensation in Rocklin, CA : $104,000 to $119,000 annually annual bonus
