Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at First Tek, Inc. As a key member of our support services team, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Plant Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Plant Manager, including calendar management, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely payment of facility bills and maintaining accurate records.
  • Purchase supplies and materials as needed, processing invoices and reconciling statements.
  • Greet and direct visitors, handle phone calls, and organize events.
  • Maintain facility files, perform document control, and introduce new forms and procedures.
  • Process daily paperwork and reports, review production records, and generate budget reports.
  • Schedule physicals, manage cylinder invoicing, and oversee shipping and receiving records.
  • Keep track of bulk products received, prepare compliance reports, and maintain office equipment and supplies.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have a High School diploma or GED, 5 years of experience as an administrative assistant, proficiency in Google Workspace, and excellent data entry skills. You should also possess strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
