Job Description :
Provides administrative support to executive or senior level individuals. Responsibilities include managing and screening calls, scheduling meetings and coordinating schedules, making travel and meeting arrangements, creating correspondence, and preparing reports and financial data. Handles additional administrative tasks as necessary. Interfaces with resources across departments and represents the executive officer in a highly professional manner. Strong communication and multi-tasking skills are mandatory. Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position.

Qualifications and Education Requirements :
High School Diploma
Bachelors degree is highly preferred
Skills :
A minimum of 5 -years of experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant.
Data Entry / Excel / SAP (or similar systems) / MS Office / EZ pay / DocuSign / Chrome River / SharePoint / PowerPoint / G1P / Dreamweaver
Accounts Payable
Expense Reports
Onboarding / Recruiting
Vacation Tracking
Payroll
Time Keeping
Purchase Orders (maintain office inventory)
Coordinating events
C oo rdinate office moves
M ana ge / prepare org charts, flowcharts, group contact information
Maintaining Calendars
Coordinating Travel Arrangements / Previous experience with Visa travel requirements.
Coordinating on-site visits
Manage daily mail and distribution
