Our company is seeking an organized and driven Personal Assistant to help our CEO and CFO with a variety of secretarial tasks. You will be in charge of keeping schedules, organizing files, typing out letters and other communication, running errands, and performing other tasks in and out of the office as necessary. You should have some experience with itinerary management, and personal shopping. Our ideal candidate must have at least two years of personal assistant experience, a flexible schedule, a vehicle, and be able to meet tight deadlines.

Personal Assistant Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails
  • Plan and schedule meetings and events
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Take action points and write minutes during meetings
  • Manage and review the filing and office systems
  • Order office supplies and equipment
  • Manage internal projects, such as audits or reviews when necessary
  • Maintain executive schedules
  • Make travel arrangements for business trips
  • Run errands
  • Keep up with expenses and produce regular reports

Personal Assistant Requirements and Qualifications

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with databases, Microsoft Outlook, and calendaring software
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Tact and discretion when dealing with confidential information
  • Attention to detail
